So Trump’s reply is basically “Wah! We’ve spent decades investigating HRC and came up with nothing whatsoever, but here a non-partisan investigation comes up with indictments in just a few months! Unfair! We worked longer!”

Buried deep in the second sentence of the first paragraph of the introduction, it says that Manafort was laundering money “at least through 2016”.
