Butt-Hurt Trump Takes to Twitter Again (Part 1)

Being right all the time, and having the facts and the evidence means jack shit.

Thump’s management style is chaos–he deliberately induces conflict in his staff and keeps himself in charge that way. Cooperation and compromise are for wimps and losers. He has no friends and loyalty is a one-way street—> toward him. He is carrying out this method at the national level and even at the global level, picking fights with groups and nations that have historically been friendly to the USA.

That’s the way he *likes *it (uh-huh):

As Summit Nears, NATO Allies Have One Main Worry: Trump

Keep 'em off balance. Keep 'em guessing. Yeah. That works. :dubious:

Extra Credits has been running a series on politics and this week’s entry is addressing what is going on lately.

“Rules exist under the assumption of otherwise normal behavior.”

Tweet last night by the shit-gibbon

Because of course kowtowing to the Liar-in-Chief would help win a Democratic primary when your opponent is even more progressive than you are.

He lost his primary election to…another Democrat. I don’t think Donny gets this whole election-thing.

In his mind, anyone who loses any election, primary or general, in either party does so because they are insufficiently obsequious to him.

Then the Democrats better learn how to ACT like they’re right and learn to not give a damn if they’re wrong. That’s the conservative playbook and it’s working.

I wonder if he thinks that Rep. Ocasio-Cortez is going to be nicer to “her” President…

Crowley ought to tweet back something along the lines of:

That’s it, there is no end to Trumps idiocy and narcissism.

Hopefully she’ll tear him a new one every dam day. But since he IS nothing but a big asshole…

Trump, despite the conclusions of everyone, still claims Russia didn’t attack us:

“Russia continues to say they had nothing to do with Meddling in our Election! Where is the DNC Server, and why didn’t Shady James Comey and the now disgraced FBI agents take and closely examine it? Why isn’t Hillary/Russia being looked at? So many questions, so much corruption!”

Well, he’s right about “so much corruption.” :dubious:

Well that’s a relief!!! “Russia says so”. Are his followers swallowing this bullshit? I suspect they will just look the other ways as they do with all of his ineptitude and crimes. “Hillary would be worse”. I’m sorry, but what a bunch of dumb shits.

He is right about the level of current corruption. But “so” much is an understatement.

American TrumpSucking filth:

“Trump said it…
I believe it…
That settles it.”

Trump supporters have their own view of what America, the nation, truly is. America is their country, and the rest of us have to play by their rules, even if there are no rules. How many can continue to think that way, and for how long? Who knows. They’ll worry when millions of young white men are perpetually under-employed, debt-ridden, living at home with parents, and unable to marry. Then they might demand change. But otherwise, yes, Killary would have been worse.

Or start a war to give them something to do.

I think that actually is kind of the current situation, and they are demanding change. They’re just doing it stupidly.

I have a friend that has retired to darkest Appalachia (In the Blue Ridge, not too far from Charlottesville, so maybe not darkest Appalachia). I go and visit him sometimes. Every time I do, I notice that there probably isn’t a complete set of teeth in the town, the old folks have lost theirs, and the young folks are heavily indulging in homemade anti-depressants (and can’t afford dental insurance anyway). There aren’t many middle-aged there, except for those who can afford vacation homes in the area. As my friend put, “Everyone with any get-up-n-go done got-up-n-went.”

But the thing is that all of the residents of the area are staunch Republicans. If you ask them why, it’s because Democrats are all godless heathens, and they aren’t. It a purely tribal thing.

Are there any, even remotely progressive elements left in the Republican party? It seems to me that that is the only hope. There’s just no way for Democrats to reach the deeply Christian/Nationalist types. Maybe a Bernie Sanders type, with good anti-abortion credentials could make some progress?

Like Michael Bloomberg, they’ve probably all switched parties.

No, they are either gone, or about to be. The Republican party is now a party of a rich, powerful, extreme minority of wealth holders in this country - people who have transnational power and connections. They know their agenda, when it finally becomes more obvious to the average voter, is not going to be popular. They’ll worry about that later, but in the meantime, they know their path to power is by playing different groups against each other.

The party belongs to Trump - period. Full stop. Every time - and I mean every time - someone has the gonads to stand up to Trump, they’re toast. When they do finally stand up to him, they promptly quit. Nobody who has or wants a future in the Republican party stands up to the Kleptocrat in Chief.

Abso-freakin-lutely no-body.

Hell, even Justice Kennedy is afraid of the man.

He says that as his door is hitting his ass on the way to retirement – just like every other “principled” conservative.

Some on the fringe, already have been pushing for civil war. Including nazi
Iowa Representative Steve King.

“America is heading in the direction of another Harpers Ferry,” he wrote. “After that comes Ft. Sumter.”

The Iowa Republican (Nazi) King’s tweet linked to an article from the conservative online news site PJ Media about a group of protesters who were staging an “occupy”-style campout in front of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement holding facility in Portland, Ore.
King’s remarks come as the Trump administration continues to face opposition over its “zero tolerance” immigration policy.

King himself has a history of remarks that have been criticized as inflammatory, divisive and racist. For example, he once said, “We can’t restore our civilization with somebody else’s babies,” in a tweet about immigration and shifting demographics.

King also recently mocked the appearance of Parkland, Fla., shooting survivor Emma Gonzalez and retweeted a known Nazi sympathizer who has expressed admiration for Adolf Hitler.

He had no “principles” either. He and his son are dirty as hell and had/have extensive ties to Trump, to the tune of $BILLIONS through Deutsche Bank and who knows what else.
