Hands Along the Border?
Actually, I was thinking he could hire them to build his stupid wall. But I like your idea better. Lol
Emphasis mine.
Can I ask which “culture” you’re referring to here?
The culture that has come to realize that many young men in their communities are unwilling husbands and fathers, and dealing with them, taking care of them in all ways is a complete waste of time that can be spent on caring for their children and earning a living. There is no racial test for this situation. It happens across the board in communities where jobs for men are scarce, drinking and drugs are an escape from bleak reality. Those men often mature over time and even, sometimes contribute something, but women are very often left on their own to deal with parenthood. The attitude grows in those communities that men are just a waste of space in a home, more trouble than they are worth.
I nearly died of laughter this morning.
I often stated, “One way or the other, Mexico is going to pay for the Wall.” This has never changed. Our new deal with Mexico (and Canada), the USMCA, is so much better than the old, very costly & anti-USA NAFTA deal, that just by the money we save, MEXICO IS PAYING FOR THE WALL!
Are there red-hatted morons stupid enough to believe this steaming pile of shit tweet? And yes, that is a rhetorical question. Of course there are.
Next he’s going to be bragging that Canada is chipping in as well.
Other than the idiocy, which speaks for itself, is he threatening Cohen’s family in that last part?:
“I never directed Michael Cohen to break the law. He was a lawyer and he is supposed to know the law. It is called “advice of counsel,” and a lawyer has great liability if a mistake is made. That is why they get paid. Despite that many campaign finance lawyers have strongly…
…stated that I did nothing wrong with respect to campaign finance laws, if they even apply, because this was not campaign finance. Cohen was guilty on many charges unrelated to me, but he plead to two campaign charges which were not criminal and of which he probably was not…
…guilty even on a civil basis. Those charges were just agreed to by him in order to embarrass the president and get a much reduced prison sentence, which he did-including the fact that his family was temporarily let off the hook. As a lawyer, Michael has great liability to me!”*
Why so many tweets when “I am not a crook” would serve just as well?
Anyone out there that can provide a link to an analysis of USMCA that shows how much money “we” will be saving?
“Many campaign finance lawyers have strongly stated”.
Many.
So what’s he hassling congress for? Why the proud shutdown threat? His idiocy never ceases to amaze.
Not all Trump supporters fall for all Trump lies. Best use a shotgun approach.
I haven’t seen Pelosi’s epic burn re the wall discussed: “It’s like a manhood thing with him — as if manhood can be associated with him”.
Fucking wonderful.
Maybe his bogus claim about USMCA will finally lead to him shutting up about his goddamned wall.
“Make up a bunch of shit, declare victory and move on” seems like the least destructive outcome of Trumpism that we can hope for. As a non-supporter, I’m in full support!
So his expert legal analysis is that Cohen pleaded guilty to something that’s not a crime, and the courts were perfectly OK with that. Gotcha.
But, according to Senator Hatch Asked about allegations against Trump, senator says, 'I don't care'
So it’s Schrodinger’s legal system - everything is simultaneously a crime and not a crime until we observe how it affects a Republican, then it collapses into a single state.
There’s black-hole level bullshit density in that short statement, including this:
I can’t tell if Trump was threatening Cohen’s family, because I can’t work out what “including the fact that his family was temporarily let off the hook” refers to.
Anyone?
More projection. He assumes, as with his own, Cohen’s family must be dirty too.
Not gonna read it, but there may be stipulations in his agreement where he agreed to cooperate in return for charges not being brought against family members (wife, brother, etc)? Maybe?
