It would have been all over the news, and O’Reilly would have had a special show just to talk about it. It would have been The Worst Thing Ever.

The courts are ruling against him. He acted in violation of the laws of this country. He issued a “decree” and the courts spoke. He (Trump) is attempting to delegitimize the entire judicial branch of government—in favor of his own secretly-crafted edicts. He is attempting to run the country as an authoritarian, a dictator. He is using executive orders to rule by decree. He has no interest in working with Congress, or obeying the rulings of the courts.
If he were anyone else, he’'d probably be up on contempt charges and a whole slew of congressional investigations, AND impeachment.
Trump is openly showing himself to be an authoritarian, autocratic, fascist. This is tremendously dangerous shit. This is an attempt to turn Americans against the rule of law, and against each other.

This being the United States, Trump cannot (yet) dismiss judges at any time for any reason, or even at all. But he’s made it clear—more than once, now—that he wishes he could and doesn’t really understand why a judge can stand in his way. That’s a frightening sign of how he wants to govern. It’s how Hitler handled judges… historical FACT.

Agreed with all of this. Trump is currently being run by Bannon, whose **explicitly stated goal **is the destruction of the county in it’s current form, and a re-making of it as a right wing fascist dictatorship.

I just wondered if trump’s continued SNL bashing is motivated by a desire to boost the ratings of the show among his numerous detractors because it’s part of a deal he’s made with NBC, which also broadcasts the Apprentice. Maybe he owns stock in NBC.
