Well, yes. Every state has its own constitution and its own second amendment. From a very quick glance, Virginia’s may have something to do with not needing to own land in order to vote - which is something that Virginians should support. Sufferage is good. I’m happy to see the President promote expansion of voting rights.

I’m am deeply disappointed that he omitted [del]Kenya [/del]Hawaii. We are decidedly anti-republican (I believe there is one total for the entire state legislature - to his credit, he jokes that he’s on lots of committees).
