The quote thread below inspired me to go back to my project of writing them on my living-room wall whenever I get to paint the room again, and there was a quote I’ve always wanted to put up there, but I’ve forgotten how it goes. I thought it was by Mark Twain, but I couldn’t find it googling; it goes approximately like this:
Whenever I find I am opposed in my opinions I take solace in the fact that in the end I know I am right.
But it was (obviously) a bit more nicely phrased. Can anybody help me out here?
