Reading of commasense’s experience in Cops, lawyers: what do I do about this got me wondering how far back in time California’s computer searchable traffic violation records go. Anybody know?
Are they entering stuff that predated computerized record keeping? And, if so, is it everything (like, oh, say, a muffler violation) or just moving violations?
