The first link leads to the download of all the data that arrived during the night of the election (PREP=Program for Preliminary Results). The second one leads to the districtal counts, during which the IFE compared the data on the electoral boxes with the signed documents which the electoral committees had prepared.
Which means, ANYONE can analyze the data. And, if the two “experts” are the ones I heard on the radio, most people can make a better job at analyzing the data.
