I was thinking about this and can’t find an answer on the internet.
If you eat 10,000 calories in one meal, is your body going to absorb all 10,000 calories or is there some limit? Are you going to digest and excrement some or most of the calories?
Is it worse to eat 10,000 calories at once or 3300 and wait 3 hours, then 3300 … etc.
Just wondering?
