Just a nutritional hypothetical, but one that I’ve been puzzling over for a while. Imagine I have ten identical candy bars. Is it worse for me in terms of fat gain if I eat all ten in a row, or eat one a day for ten days? Is there a maximum amount of calories that the human body can absorb in one 24-hour period?
The effect that eating ten candy bars at once would have on your blood sugar more than offsets any possible calorie savings by eating to much (not that there likely are any).
