Can and should the Doctors without borders be charged with war crimes

Absolutely fucking not. If armed fighters take over their hospital – which MSF claims did not happen, so we’re just in hypothetical land here – the people in the hospital are not collaborators, they are more like hostages.

Why don’t you start a thread about how residents on a street in an American city that has an open-air drug market should be jailed for failing to inform the police about the criminal activity occurring in front of them?

I saw a guy speeding this morning; I called no one; lock me up.

I’d go with the Taliban being charged with war crimes, but I don’t think they really care all that much at this point. :stuck_out_tongue:

So if American forces entered the hospital, you would expect, nay, demand, that the doctors dial up the Taliban and call in an artillery strike on themselves and their patients? WHY?

They’re in shell-shock from being out-islamic-crazied by ISIS.

Go home, grandpas.

The trigger happy idiots who sanctioned the strike should be court-martialled.
