I will admit upfront there is not much to go on.
I have a line stuck in my head. I am pretty sure it is from an 80s or 90s sitcom. It is a guy saying over and over “That works for me.” He has a deep voice and I want to say he was a main character’s boss or something. Anyone else remember what I am talking about?
“Hunter” (Fred Dryer) used that line a lot, but that was not a sitcom.
Whose baby is that?
What’s your angle?

Was it maybe an episode of The Facts of Life ?
This episode had Natalie’s date using that line several times.

I am betting that is it. I will have to find a clip. Thank you.

Quite easy to find on Youtube, though you probably know that by now.
I’m a bit embarrassed that I could answer that, though…

I did indeed find it and while it sounded slightly different in my head, I am 99% sure that was what I had in mind. Thanks!
