I need to know who this is by. can anyone help?

It goes “…your saving grace…” as the hook. The song has a sort of bob marley feel to it and it was featured on a commercial three weeks ago for the learning channel’s show “trama: Life in the ER”.
This song is so cool and laid-back. It’s haunting me… thanks!
