The cookie is a bar cookie, the name is --?-- Bars, the word --?-- has a lot of vowels in it and is named for a place, I think the place where they originated. The cookies have a dense brownie-like base, a thick layer of some sort of yellow cream and then a thin layer of dark chocolate on the top.
