How can you possibly go running with these earphones? They fall out. Do I have to spend $100 on something else that works?
Try getting ones with ear clips, or just run the wires backwards over your ears.
Really though, if they’re the in-ear canal type you shouldn’t be jogging with them unless you’re on a treadmill. The isolation is too dangerous. There are some sport-type clip-on, open-backed headphones you can by, like the Koss KSC-35 or KSC-75 I think. Sony used to make mini headphones that were sort of like earbuds, with a strap over the top of your head like normal headphones.
I found the earbuds that came with my Ipod clone to be painful to wear for extended periods, and, like you say, they constantly fell out during just about any activity. I found a pair of el-cheapo “mini-headphones” at the local discount store for about $5.00 that work very well: they are kinda-sorta like earbuds, but have a clip or band that goes around the head, like regular headphones, but much thinner. The sound quality is a bit lower than the originals, but not enough to make any fuss over, and they are comfortable and stay in place.
