Can Anyone Name The Music From This Website [Dark Tower Related]?

I’m sure the answer is blindingly obvious, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what the music playing on this site is:

http://darktowercompendium.com/

It doesn’t seem to be listed on the site, and I thought I’d ask you guys before e-mailing the webmaster.

I thought it was the theme to “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” but now I’m pretty sure it’s not. Anyone?

I’d like to know too, because it sounds very familiar, and I like it a lot. I emailed one of the guys who helped create the site (the webmaster is “away from the internet” for several months) and he didn’t know, except that it is from The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, Fistful of Dollars, or A Few Dollars More.

Hey, thanks! That at least gives me somewhere to look. I’m going to listen to the samples from those [The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, Fistful of Dollars, or A Few Dollars More] soundtracks on Amazon and see if I can’t track it down. I tried the TGTBATU soundtrack, but I didn’t find a match. Maybe it’ll be on one of the others.

It is pretty cool, huh?

I’m fairly sure it’s specifically written for this use, as a deliberate pastiche of Good…Bad…Ugly. Cheaper than the licence for the original music.

You think so? I didn’t really consider that, seeing as The DT Compendium is really just a fan page [a very nice one!], with most of the content actually hosted on Geocities.

Hrm.

Well, OK, less likely to get accused of copyright infringement.

Or, possibly an electronically-created version provided a quicker-loading version in Flash, but somebody who knows anything at all about Flash can tell more.

It’s hard to tell, because the clip on that site and the one on Amazon are from different points in the piece (assuming they are the same), but I think it might be A Few Dollars More.

Bumping to say that I heard back from the webmaster. The music is an original score written for the computer game Outlaws, and it was written by Clint Bajakian.
