I searched on my name to be sure. Not me. It’s a pretty consistent thing, though. If I take x amount of ephedrine and try to take a dump, it’ll happen roughly four out of every five times.
If you don’t mind my asking, does it feel like an ejaculation?

It’s weird; it feels halfway in between taking a piss and ejaculating, if that makes any sense. Very little/almost none of the pleasure associated with a normal orgasm comes (heh) along with it.
Its happened to me (minus the ephedrine). It’s just the pressure of the motion on the prostate. It usually only happens if I haven’t had an orgasm for a while (maybe a couple of weeks or more). I don’t know whether the ephedrine triggers prostatic fluid (or maybe it was your response to the high dose - sounds a bit dodgy to me).
You do notice it, but it really isn’t an orgasm. And it has also happened while cycling, too. Narrow seat, leg motion, heavy cyclist. <shrug>

For whatever it’s worth, every time it happened was less than a day or two after ejaculating because I really hardly ever go that long without doing so. (Might be the reason I never had a wet dream.)
Oh, and I took a couple caffeine pills in addition to the ephedrine. I don’t do that stuff anymore (caffeine or ephedrine) because of the way it made my chest feel.
