Can shooting victims sue the gun manufacturer?

Google API 50 Cal. and you will see " API (Armor Piercing Incendiary)
with once-fired brass - 639gr
10 rnds…$3.99/rnd " without a long list of states not sold to, so I don’t think it is outlawed in most states.

Where I live, it’s the former. An FMJ just doesn’t make a big enough hole in the animal. Game animals don’t die from kinetic energy. They die from blood loss, and the bigger the hole, the quicker and more serious the blood loss.

When hunting with a rifle, you have absolutely no guarantee that the bullet will stop in the animal. In fact, a medium-bore SP rifle bullet will usually pass right through a large deer. So the “SP for safety” theory is bull. Sorry.

When I was first issued a Glock, I did some research on it. I found that the company seemed to always settle a suit out of court . . . even when the person who mishandled the weapon and managed to hurt himself with it was extremely (in my opinion) negligent. I told my wife to be prepared to sue regardless of how I managed to get killed by a Glock. Now I carry a H & K. I haven’t researched how H & K reacts to lawsuits.

You suck, and they hate you.

They send Swiss mercenaries with silenced MP7A1s to your home at asshole-hundred hours to kill your entire family, burn your house down, and throw you out in the snow naked and coated with antifreeze.

Ever notice that while Austria gets invaded and pushed around a bit every century, the Germans don’t fuck around? If they even think they’re going to have a problem, they pre-empt by going around your defenses and slaughtering everything in sight.

Mein Furher, I can walk!
