I cannot get through to them. I have a phone number, but no one answers the phone, and their email system simply bounces my email. (So what if I only have a yahoo email account? I can’t afford anything else right now)
Do they even want customers? I can’t even upgrade because I need the password for my account, which I don’t recall. They send it to the old email accound I used to have, but I can’t access it. ARGH!
