I thought it was on IMHO, or perhaps MPSIMS.
I suppose it might have been moved to debates or the pit?
And it seems like it got too many responses to have been deleted.
I’ve looked over a lot of threads and can’t find it.

Actually, I’d subscribe except that I don’t have a credit card. You accept Paypal, but that leads back to having a credit card, I’ve discovered.
Well if that’s really your only set back to becoming a full fledged member, you can go to most any currency exchange and purchase a reloadable Visa debit card. There is a set up fee ($25 I think), but you can then add to it as you please and enable yourself to spend money on the 'net relatively worry free, as nobody has access to any more than you’ve put into it.
you could always pick up any spare change you see laying around outside, or beneath the couches, and put it in the sdmb membership jar. or just pass the hat around of course.
You could also use PayPal with your checking account.
