Can somebody who reads Japanese translate this (very short) game cut scene for me?

As I loved Elite Beat Agents, I decided to get the Japanese original games, Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan! and Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2.

For the most part, not knowing more than a couple dozen words in Japanese isn’t hurting me with understanding the stories of the levels, and even when I’m left lost…well, the story isn’t really that important to these games, right?

But one level (Rirura, Riruha) leaves me confused, but intrigued, so I really want to know what’s going on.

(That last I know what’s going on - they’re calling the cheer team (ouendan is one of those few dozen words, besides, that’s how the opening scene of every level in all 3 games ends)… I just included it for completeness sake, and explaining the last ‘o’ in the previous page.)

Very loose summary:
The girl has dreams of joining the school’s famous girl’s choir, only to discover that the choir has just one member - and they’ll be disbanded if they can’t make it to some kind of prestigious national competition. And since the choir is so short-handed, they have no budget to work with, either.

Thanks - loose though it is, it actually clears up everything I was wondering.
