First line’s Italian.
Second line’s probably Spanish or Portuguese.
Third line’s French.
Fourth line’s English. But you probably figured that one out. 
I should have posted that all of the first three lines are bastardized whatever, since “bar” doesn’t mean “bar” in any of those languages as far as I know.
The lines are in four different languages. Each asks the same question: where’s the bar? If you want a more literal translation:
Line 1: Excuse me, where is the bar?
Line 2: (unsure; I can’t tell what language it is)
Line 3: If you please, where is the bar?
Line 4: Figure it out.
Line 2 is badly transcribed Greek. At least I think it is… according to the travel guide I have here, “Parakalo” is please and “Pou ine” is where and that seems about right. I can’t put the whole sentence together though.
Bar in Spanish is indeed bar, according to various Spanish teachers I’ve had over the years (most of whom spoke South American dialects, if it makes a difference here). On the other hand, that line isn’t Spanish, so it’s a moot point.
“Bar” in French is “bar”. That line is fine as it is. “Bar” in Italian is “bar”. I’m not so sure about Greek and English, though.

“toe” in classical Greek would be the neuter definite article το, meaning “the”.
