I just saw a post from a suspended user. The post was only made a few minutes ago.
So can suspended users still post? Or was this user suspended in the short time between when he/she wrote the post and the time I saw it?
The post was made before the suspension. Being suspended or banned means you can read the board but you can’t post.

Does suspension block a user from logging in? Which is to say, if someone sends a suspended user a PM, they will not be able to see it until the suspension is lifted?
Suspension = temporary ban.
And actually Marley is mistaken – people who are suspended cannot read the board while signed in. (They can lurk and read it signed out.) They cannot make postings or read PMs or do anything else here until the suspension expires or is lifted.
