Can the spam assles really f-in do this???

I’ve been getting spam from the putzes at trafficmagnet.com for quite awhile now. I’ve alsways assumes that they were lifting the administrative email for my domain through the whois database.

But now users of my message board are getting spam that’s virtually identical to the ones they’ve been sending me, eg:

So this Sarah Williams (yeah right) is sending out emails that vaguely sound like the service is somehow endorsed by my site, or worse, that I’ve sold these creeps the addresses of my board members.

Can they use my domain name in their email?

Can I sue the crap outta them?

Can I even get them to stop, or should I not even bother?

I’m loathe to contact them by email, but I might very well call their toll-free customer service number and scream at them for awhile.

These guys are based out of the British Virgin Islands. There’s not a whole lot you can do.
