Just for edification, it’s not quite that easy to cross from North Korea to South Korea. The usual method is to cross from North Korea to China. While leaving North Korea, one is at risk of being shot by the North Korean guards. Once in China, one is at risk of arrest by the Chinese authorities and then repatriation to North Korea. The truly lucky ones are those who manage to make it to a third country from China and from that country, they then go to South Korea.

So the same goes for inner city kids that live in bad areas. It is their fault if they get shot for being there. You are truly stupid. Too bad you don’t know it.

Your inability to make insightful comparisons along with your predictable knee-jerk responses to TRY to insult people who bring up valid points is worthy of a demonstration to a beginning debate team on what pitfalls to avoid to be a successful debater. The kid has never been shown to have thrown a rock yet many people on this thread have judged him guilty. Why is that?

He was also not on US territory nor appears to be any of the men in the video attempting to enter the US, certainly not an illegal alien, yet some here accuse him of that. Why is that?

He was smeared by an anonymous source as being an immigrant smuggler yet there is absolutely nothing that supports this. But many here also accept that as the truth. Why is that?

EL PASO, Texas (AP) - A 15-year-old Mexican boy shot and killed by a U.S. Border Patrol agent was among El Paso’s most wanted juvenile immigrant smugglers, according to federal arrest records reviewed by The Associated Press.

The records show Sergio Adrian Hernandez Huereca had been arrested at least four times since 2008 and twice in the same week in February 2009 on suspicion of smuggling illegal immigrants across the U.S.-Mexico border. Hernandez was repeatedly arrested along the U.S. side of the border near downtown El Paso, not far from where he was killed, but was never charged with a crime by federal prosecutors.

Update:

Thanks for the update. We can’t be 100% sure that’s correct but there’s no reason to dismiss it either. From the video it appeared that he had to be down there in the ditch with some of the folks who had just run back. Not very smart or safe.
