Actually, “Hi Opal” is a hackneyed joke which you should avoid. It’s day has come and gone.

It might not be funny anymore (actually, it never was really funny per se), but please don’t raze the old buildings just to build parking lots. Although things like Hi Opal are old-hat to we old-fogies, they are new and fresh to people like Optihut. And I’d like to see us be proud of all the special things about our community. One day, we’ll look back fondly on these things. And don’t forget what Joni Mitchel said — “Don’t it always seem to go, you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone.”

Once again. If you have a question, RTFFAQ. If you feel like my making that suggestion is a problem for you, well, I’ll admit that newbies unwilling to take any time to answer their own questions is something of a pet peeve of mine. And, surprise! if you had ever spent any time in ATMB yourself, you’d likely know that, too!
