Cancer free boobies!

I was just throwing another idea out there, because I saw a cake made with that pan recently and thought it was cute. Sure, use bowls if you’re so inclined - heck, make small perky boobies out of cupcakes, if you want to. Dozens of red velvet boobies! But not out of Rice Krispies treats, because they’d be lumpy and Ivylass’ boobies are lump free!

And for the record, I’m creative with my cake making, which I learned from my mother, and I don’t use any of those fancy-shmancy expensive pans, just bowls and square pans and some creative geometry.

Again, Yay for boooooooobies! I’m still young to get my mammys grammed, but I’ll self-check with even more care now - and enlist my boyfriend’s help.

This is awesome news! Hooray!!!

Great news. That must be a huge relief.

I just want to add my congratulations so, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Thank goodness!!!

I will say that you’ve got me. I’m only 33, but with a family history of breast cancer, so I am going to go get one. I’ll tell them Ivylass sent me

Squish the boobies, save the boobies. Sounds good to me!

woo hoo for ivylass!

great news.

the girls (who are **annually ** mashed and mooshed, thank you very much) are saluting you! :stuck_out_tongue:

Yay!! This is the best boobie-related news I’ve heard in weeks!

Outstanding news, ivylass and I’m so glad to hear it. I did get my mashogram a couple of months ago at your urging, so thank you for making me stop procrastinating.

I’ll drink a very happy toast to Lefty and Righty after work tonight!

Yay! Yay! Yay! I have insurance now, so the appointment will be soon. I promise.

What am I going to do when ivylass finds out it isn’t cookies in the box?

I will be sending cookies, now that I know she would prefer an assortment, rather than a one kind only. But I don’t want her to be sad when she opens up the box and finds a brightly colored propellor beanie with a little blue rubber spaceship on the top. Just to cheer her up and maybe wear. I mean who would be looking at her bare scalp, with something like that on her head?

I heartily endorse all the congratulations and I would just like to add that I completely approve of cancer free boobies.

Yay for Ivylass! And her boobles!

I’m delighted for you, Ivylass!

Woohoo! Woohoo!

That is good news indeed. Wishing you continued health in the many years to come!

Yay ! Ivylass

I found this web address during chemo…
It’s a catalog of hats and wigs (some very cute hats  )

I’m happy for you, Ivylass…and I have good news of my own. I had two cancer blood marker tests and the numbers used to be over 2000—very high, although I’m not sure what it’s supposed to be. On one test the number was 1000–still high but going in the right direction…the other test number was 99.5.
My chief symptom was a rash at the site of my mastectomy (13 years ago) It was red and welty and actually was swollen chains of lymph nodes…The “rash” is almost gone.
I’m responding to treatment! (Now you all, carry on and cheer on Ivylass…I’ll start my own thread next time.)

Oh, Baker, I know how much that means to you! I will send it back when I’m done with chemo.

Come on in, Gail…plenty of celebratory fun to go around! Party!

w00t!! I love it when a plan comes together.

Oh wait…

Srsly, HOORAY!

hurray for righty and lefty!!!

hopefully the furry one will make appt.s easier. i really like the pjs.

Awesome news ivylass! I was following your story while my membership was lapsed and I’m glad to hear that everything is going so well.

I don’t get squished yet, but I’m getting into the habit of doing my own exams every month. Yay for bewbs!
