Cannibals, Colorado Slang, and unspeakable words

Please pardon my posting, but I had a quick linguistics/entertainment question…In the movie “Cannibal! The musical” the protagonist is called something like “Cheesmo” a few times, and obviously not in a flattering way. My problem is…I have no idea what that word means, aside from the fact that it was used as an insult. It doesn’t appear to be in any of the slang/profanity dictionaries I’ve been able to access, but since I don’t know the proper spelling of “Cheesmo” (The DVD doesn’t have subtitles), I can’t even be completely sure that it even really starts with a “c.”

So, is “Cheesmo” a real, if somewhat obscure, term? Or did Parker and Stone just make up some random horrible sounding word to use in the movie?

It’s possibly a rather sarcastic diminutive of the word “machismo.”

I’m inclined to believe they made the word up, but knowing those two, you can never be sure. I’ve certainly never heard it said before that film.

It’s just a random insult word, don’t you and your friends ever make up your own words as insults? Cheesmo is one of those words that you’ve never heard before but you know exactly what it means as soon as you hear it. God, what are you, a DIGGER?
