I don’t know if this is a common problem, but I can’t seem to log in using chrome. I am using my correct password, it still works with FF.
I have used 4 of 5 login attempts, having used copy/paste on my username and my password.
Any ideas?
Clear browser history and cookies and try again.
Nope, didn’t work, other than to put me back to one attempt. I am using the username and password from my Account, typed in, all correctly. Have attempted cut and paste to no avail.
Finally went and changed the password. It said I could not do that. Didn’t read the message very well. So I hit the link to change my password and went through the hoops. I changed my password to my current password and have signed in on chrome. Now I gotta hope my FF keeps logging me in properly.
Seems to me, now that I am done, I had to do this before trying to log in from a tablet, using the android version of FF, even though it was synced across all of my devices.
Anyhow, thanks for the advice, I got it fixed now.
