My favourite one is:
Sinclair: ‘Nothings the same anymore’
and G’kar
’ No one here is exactly as they appear’

Her name is spelt Daggeir. Nice try, though apostrophes in names are a Narn thing.
Nobody seems to have done a Stephen Franklin moment yet:
“Don’t you die on me yet. I’m not through with you…”
Incidentally, if anybody needs a quote reminded to them, http://www.cs.tut.fi/~albert/Quotes/B5-quotes.html has a very comprehensive selection sorted by episode.
Psi Cop: Go ahead.
All the good Sheridan moments have already been accounted for, so I’ll hijack more onto Londo.
The Gathering
The way he humbled himself in front of Garibaldi, explaining that the Centauri were now like the remorah, riding on the backs of sharks. “You know why I am here? I’m here to grovel before your wonderful Earth Alliance, in hopes of attaching ourselves to your destiny. […] There was a time, when this whole quadrant belonged to us! What are we now? Twelve worlds and a thousand monuments to past glories, living off memories and stories, selling trinkets.”
Soul Mates
Londo has all of his wives with him, Daggair, Timov and Mariel. They argue and fight, and Londo interjects, saying “Ladies, please! Continue!”
Back to Sheridan, when he’s doing an imitation of Londo goading him in (I think) The Paragon of Animals: “You are finding the Declaration of Principles to be most inconvenient, yes?”
One of the best parts about this exchange is that the wave did actually happen. Morden’s head was cut off, and Vir, after glancing around to see if anyone was watching, gave a little wave.
G’kar: “Take my advice, and go back to the time you came from. The Future isn’t what is used to be.”
Don’t remember the episode name, it was the one where the people were in suspended animation in an exploration ship sent out shortly before jumpgate technology was developed.
I always loved the speech that Sheridan gives the SHadows and Vorlons at their final conflict, ending with him being really pissed off, and saying
“…now get the HELL out of our galaxy!”
And, a little before that, when Lyta is communicating with the Vorlons or Shadows (I can’t recall which…) her eyes go all black, and Sheridan asks what they’re thinking, and Lyta says, very calmy,
“Captain, they’re pissed,”
But with an uncapitalized “future”, of course. Although now that I think of it, it’s not entirely non-applicable. It’s just not what I meant.

And speaking of Vir, there was the time he went nuts on a merchant’s stand with a sword (Sic Transit Vir, perhaps?).
This is the scene I quote when I want to highlight the difference between B5 and Star Trek.
ST:TNG: Troi says, “I sense hostility.”
B5: Lyta says, “Captain, they’re pissed.”
I’ve always liked Lyta.
Hey, if we’re bringing in other characters, let me nominate Delenn’s moment of triumph when she led the White Star fleet in their first encounter with the Drakh: “End this.”
still sends chills down my spine.
“That’s enough. I said that’s enough! Now, we gave you a promise. And we are bound by that promise. And damn you asking for it. And damn me for agreeing to it. And damn all of us to hell, because that is exactly where we are going. We talked about peace. You didn’t want peace. We talked about co-operation. You didn’t want co-operation. You want war. Is that it? You want a war? Well, you’ve got a war!”
– Sheridan in Babylon 5:“And All My Dreams, Torn Asunder”
“This is Ambassador Delenn of the Minbari. Babylon 5 is under our protection. Withdraw, … or be destroyed.” [in the White Star!]
“Negative. We have authority here. Do not force us to engage your ship.”
“Why not? Only one human captain has ever survived battle with a Minbari fleet. He is behind me. You are in front of me. If you value your lives, be somewhere else.”
– Delenn and Captain Drake in Babylon 5:“Severed Dreams”
Which makes me wish someone in B5 had said “Read the f**king thread before posting”, as this has now been quoted in full three times. Sheesh.
“You get more with a kind word and a two-by-four than you do with just a kind word” - Marcus Cole
Funny, I skimmed the thread and didn’t see it, even though it was in two other places. Sigh. My initial thought was just the Sheridan quote. Oh well.
This was G’Kar, speaking to Michael York/“King Arthur” in the tavern, after they had battled some thieves and recovered a precious picture for a poor old lady
*By G’kwan, I can’t recall the last time I was in a fight like that! No moral ambiguity, no hopeless battle against ancient and overwhelming forces, they were the bad guys as you say, we were the good guys. And they made a very satisfying thump when they hit the floor. *
Kosh: “If you go to Z’Ha’Dum you will die.”
Sheridan: “I died- but I got better.”
Ivanova: “I am Death incarnate, and the last living thing that you are ever going to see. God sent me.”
Not even a spoken line, but the look that crossed Sheridan’s face at the end of the episode whose title had the word “Gethsemane” in it (sorry, I can’t recall it in full)… when he had to greet the fellow who had brutally killed Brad Dourif’s character and then was being rehabilitated–just as Dourif had been after committing murder and attempting to redeem himself by allowing others to take bloody revenge on him.
Sheridan’s expression has stuck in my mind ever since.
“Passing Through Gethsemane.”
I think.
“Passing Through Gethsemane” was my single favorite episode of B5, if forced to choose.
While I always liked Bester’s Pinata line, I still think his best one was:
Sheridan:“So how did you find out all of this?”
Bester:“I’m a [slow]telepath[/slow]. Work it out.”
