Captions in responses

Maybe I’m just not getting it… :confused:

I’ve noticed that sometimes people are able to put “titles” on their responses. They appear in smaller type and in bold. I checked the vB code page, but there is no mention on how to do this. Can anyone help?

As the page says, it’s (Optional).
