car leasing info

My boss has assigned me the grueling and humbling task of arranging the leasing of the next company car. P.U. Currently, we have a Subaru Outback Legacy. It’s great but there are very few dealerships in the area we can bargain with and the nearest Subaru dealership to go for inspections and such is in darkest Brooklyn. My boss is a good person and very loyal but sometimes she gets funny yet intransigent ideas in her head. She seems to think we should be able to get an equivalent car for $250-$300 per month. Is this reasonable and, if not, what should I expect to pay? I am an utter tyro at this. Anything regarding solid information or a well-considered opinion will be apprecaited.

The 2003 SATURN L200, when it becomes available soon, will most likely fit those payment parameters. It’s a midsize with a/c, automatic, ABS, front and side airbags, power windows/locks/keyless entry, split folding rear seat, side mirror and rear window defroster.

Add first payment, tax, title and plates at time of delivery.

This is probably GM’s best mid-size lease deal. Other automakers ought to have something comparable, I would guess.

The beauty of SATURN to a tyro is you don’t have to beat your brains out negotiating to get that lease price. That’s the no-negotiation price.
