Iām back at work after a (blissful, kinda) four-month maternity leave. Baby smaje jr. is in daycare right now with her big sister, baby smaje, and I am DONE having kids. (Knock on wood.)
I feel just the slightest bit lost, being back at work, but I blame that partially on lack of sleep. 
Even so, I really want to throw myself back into my career and put myself on the path for promotion.
Any advice for someone trying to rev up her career post-babies?
