It’s from Voltron. Keith in the Lion series, and the leader-whose-name-I-can’t-remember from the vehicle team finished their ‘form up’ instructions with that.
Keith:
Form feet and legs, form arms and body, and I’ll form the head. (This was strange, since Keith’s Black Lion was head and body.)
Vehicle Team:
Form feet and legs, form arms and torso, and I’ll form the head. (In this case, it works, as the leader was just the head.)
