Casino Question - Roulette

In a casino, the person who deals blackjack is a dealer, the person presiding over the craps table is a croupier . What is the term, if there is one, for the person who spins the ball at the roulette table?

To the best of my knowledge that would also be a croupier.

Dealer or Croupier.

I’ve worked at the Montreal Casino for 10 years, so I feel qualified enough to say that “dealer” and “croupier” are both correct.

All people who “deal” table games are dealers. Croupier is the French term for “dealer”.

At the end of the day, it’s really just the person who takes your money away in the name of fun.
