I hate casual Fridays- the pressure is too much to look appropriately casual enough without overstepping the boundaries.
So what do you Dopers wear?
Khakis and a polo shirt, every Friday.
Hawaiian shirts! 
I don’t bother going.
I’m currently wearing a pair of chinos, a blue-grey megatokyo t-shirt and my green army surplus shirt.

Well, I am currently in my robe.
Typical casual Friday wear would be a nice Polo shirt and a pair of khakis.
BDUs like every other day.
Life sucks.
Blue jeans, button up shirt (that I’ve actually ironed), with a good t-shirt underneath and my fancy runners (as opposed to my fav. runners with the hole in them).
Blue jeans, button up shirt (not ironed, but then it’s supposed to be “crinkly”), underwear underneath, and some casual black backless shoes.
Jeans, tank top and sandals. I love Fridays.
My office also has "two beer limit Fridays’ for those who go out to lunch.

No beer, but at least we’re allowed to wear jeans and a t-shirt AND sandals on Fridays.
Yep… ** Homebrew ** I’ve only been at this company for about 2 months.
They are very employee friendly. There is also a massage therapist that comes in once every other week and gives out 20 minute chair massages that the company pays for.
Too bad I hate this job. 
Unless I have a client meeting, Fridays are pretty laid back here at the office. I see T-shirts, shorts, I just saw someone walk by with no footwear whatsoever… raises eyebrows hmm.
Myself; levi’s Jeans, a Mecca button up shirt with a white Tee underneath, and Reebok sandals with of course, naked feet.

Like ArchiveGuy, every day is casual day where I work. They don’t really care as long as we look presentable. I’m wearing shorts & a T-shirt every day until we get a break in the heat & humidity.
Today I’m wearing a Gap T-shirt (not a logo shirt, but just a very nicely finished one in dove gray), Filas, and Levi’s.
Love, love, love casual Fridays. It’s always jeans for me on those days. I don’t care much for khakis, it seems like I’m always losing things out of those shallow loose pockets if I’m not careful.
In my experience most employees like casual dress policies, but is there anyone here who really feels more at ease in a suit? I don’t mean just because you have to go to business meetings with clients, but because that’s what you actually enjoy wearing the most? The OP hints at this, but s/he could just wear the suit on Friday as some people generally do in most offices that have casual Friday.
Actually- I do. I like heels, pantyhose and suits. And I generally don’t dress down for casual Fridays. The phone reps in my department make fun of me. But I would if I could find flattering jeans. I need to lose alot of weight. I refuse to wear jeans until I lose the weight(dear lord, hear my prayer. I wish to put the cupcakes and double cheeseburgers down so that my hips may return from the outer corners of the earth. Amen)
Im envious and puzzled by women of considerable girth with painted on jeans. Where in the hell did they find them?
