As smart as my little doggie is (and he’s quite smart), the cat is smarter.
In this situation my dog may have very well found the ER. The cat would have performed surgery on itself including dressing the wound with a sterile bandage and perscribing some antibiotics.
Yep, that would be any of MY cats. Katie would have done the surgery on ME as an experiment. Then, if it was successful, she would have gone on to try it on whichever of the other two actually needed the surgery.
