We just rented the DVD of Spielberg’s Catch Me If You Can. We were enjoying it much more than we thought we would, but in the last minute of the film, the DVD was scratched and we couldn’t play DiCaprio’s last line, no matter what we tried. The Tom Hanks character asks him how he managed to pass the Louisiana bar exam. What is his response? Please provide a direct quote if possible. We’re placing our bets now.
Ugh, so irritating to lose the last what, 30 seconds? Rental DVDs need to be a lot more durable.

Heh. If that’s the case, then I was right. We were trying to guess what he said and my guess was that he faked his way through, just like everything else he did. Cool movie. Spielberg’s best in a long time.
I believe he says something along the lines of “I studied”

I think on the DVD there is an interview with the real Frank Abignail, and they talk a little bit about the BAR exam. The extras on that DVD were actually worth watching.
There was also a comment made that he studied “for two weeks.”
