From oldest to youngest: D.B., Holden, then who? I should be shot for having read the book so many times and not knowing this! Who comes next, Phoebe or Allie?
Allie. I don’t have the book with me, but IIRC Allie and Holden were close enough in age to be peers, while Phoebe is much younger.

I’m almost positive that it’s D.B, Holden, Allie, Phoebe. I don’t have it in front of me, but I’m almost certain that’s it.
(Also, I don’t know if it was ever explicitly said that Allie was older than Phoebe, but I think it can be inferred.)

Allie has to be older. He died when he was older (11) than Phoebe was in the present time of the book.
