Closest I could find online except that the actual logo on TV says “Road to Final Four” and has the basketball up on top, making it look for all the world like double arches.

YES! It absolutely does. The first couple of times I saw it, I didn’t even realize it was supposed to be the St. Louis Arch. I think part of the problem is the edges of the banner at the bottom - the one on the right side looks like the continuation of where the right arch would be. Pretty poor design.
