Actually, Brockie wasn’t that much of a party animal (comparatively). His roommate found him Sunday sitting up in a chair, no drugs or any other substances i with him. I didn’t know him, but I have a lot of friends that did. There’s a surprising amount of overlap between the Richmond and Norfolk music scenes.
