AFAICT, barring any last minute surprises, there are only three changes since Baker’s tally in post #2104: Loach gets 30 points for Lemmy Kilmister, Catamount gets 3 points somewhat belatedly for Marjorie Lord (she died on 11/28), and Invisible Chimp gets 17 very belated points for Tomas Transtromer, who died on 3/26.

Despite having been edged out so narrowly, I feel pretty good about having been in contention in only my second Death Pool, especially after having gotten a big fat 0 points with my 2014 list. In 2016, we’ll see if I’ve got the hang of this thing, or whether 2015 was a fluke.
Well, RTFirefly, I got points on the first of February of my first year playing (thanks, Ed Koch) and have had bupkis since then, so I suspect fluke. However, maybe you are better at this than I am.
I hope everyone has checked their lists. I have the final results ready to announce, but as I said in the OP I will wait until tomorrow to post it.
January 1 of 2015 was unique, two deaths on the first day. We’d had one death before on 1/1, but not two.
Natalie Cole died yesterday, so updates may be needed.
