I don’t see an exclusion for “famous for being related to famous people” on that list.
If that were the case, none of the Kardashians would qualify.

One of many scientists who helped create components that were eventually turned into the birth control pill. It bugs me when someone is remembered as “the creator” or “the founder” or “the father of” because of their own self promotion.

That’s some god her father believes in, who needs time to pull his miracle together, and in the meantime needs the human intervention of the heart-lung machine, or there’d be no miracle. I suspect you would run up against the rules: most of us, I think, had never really heard of or thought much about Bobbi Kristina until this happened, her claim-to-fame could easily be ruled to be her condition.
