Celebrity Death Pool 2016

I’ve spotted your key mistake. Stevie Wonder had an album called “Songs in the Key of Life”. By listing him first, you formed a protective shield over all the choices. Also, I can’t believe you included Gloria “I Will Survive” Gaynor, who is clearly immortal.

I think Tread’s mistake was not including David Bowie. Bowie was obviously the glue that held the universe together.

You are thinking of Wilhelm Richard Wagner. :dubious:

I’d trade Pat Boone for David Bowie.

I am just happy that ____________ is still around, being odd.

TK-421, why aren’t you at your post?

Denton Cooley, arguably the best heart surgeon who ever lived.

Jay Forrester, led the team that came up with magnetic core memory for computers (and from where the term “core dump” originates).

Ralph Branca no longer has to be reminded about The Shot Heard Round the World.

Whitney Smith, whose passion for flags became a career, waves off.

RT, how much did we steal…how much were we inspired by each other?

Florence Henderson dead at 82. RIP Mrs. Brady. (I loved her in Shakes the Clown.)

Ouch.

I was sure someone had Mrs. Brady, but nope.

I thought I was the only person in existence who has seen this movie.

Are you shitting me? The Citizen Kaine of alcoholic clown movies? It’s a classic!

Ralph Branca is FINALLY at peace.

See post #2008.

Seen it? I own it. I’ve watched it enough that I can do Marty the mime’s lines AND gestures.

Fuckin’ A right; it’s a classic.

I was just thinking about him yesterday while watching “42”. Never having been a fan of the Bums, I still hope he finally has some peace.

It’s a week now until the 2017 DeathPool thread should start. I’m hoping we can deal well with our new DeathMaster.

I’ve still got the DP I do on another board though, so I’ll be reaping celebrities over there. And I do participate on a third board, although I’m not in charge of that one.

Doing three boards gives me the chance to play three different lists of celebrities!!!
