It just occurred to me that his health was probably the reason why he was replaced on The Blacklist.
I remember him as Ira Gaines in the first season of 24. Every time he had a gun, though, I admit wondering if it bothers him or if he obsesses on the set safety.
It was a sad accident for sure.

Audra Coulthurst says her father died Thursday at a Veterans Affairs facility in Brooklyn after suffering a cardiac arrest.

Norman R. Brokaw, a trailblazer in the agency world who rose the top of William Morris, is dead at 89.
The former executive suffered a long illness and passed on Saturday in Beverly Hills, his son David confirmed to the Associated Press.
Brokaw came up through the mailroom and represented clients like Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley and Clint Eastwood, according to his obit.

A celebration of former Arizona Gov. Rose Mofford’s life took place at the Orpheum Theatre in downtown Phoenix.
Mofford, who served as governor from 1988 to 1991, died Sept. 15. She was 94.

John Hicks, the last offensive lineman to finish as high as second in the voting for college football’s Heisman Trophy, has died at the age of 65. He did win the Outland Trophy and Lombardi Award as a senior at Ohio State, and later played for the NFL’s New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers.
