That is, if you were the first person to nominate GHW Bush, you’d get 40 points. If you were the first person to nominate Val Kilmer, you’d get 20 points. If you were the first to nominate both, you’d score 40 + 20 = 60 points.
Problem with “first to nominate” is that I had, for example, GHW Bush on my list way last year but I didn’t post my list until toward the end of December. So, how do you decide who had someone “first”.
Between:
- carry-overs from previous year’s
- re-posting of edited lists
- the complexity of trying to track all this
I think it would be painfully difficult to attempt to document “first to nominate” and “leaders”

Mack Machowicz has died of brain cancer. I don’t know how I missed this one. He was the host of the show Future Weapons on Discovery and a former Navy SEAL. In incredible physical condition with black belts in multiple martial arts and cancer takes him at 51.
