I remember him from my childhood, watching him on panels of game shows. Everyone on the show seemed to think he was funny. I thought he seemed nice, but he wasn’t funny. And that’s as a kid, when I thought nearly everyone was funny.
I suspect his last thought was “I hope they got that, 'cause I don’t think I have it in me to do another take.”

If you remember a few years ago, the cast of *The Golden Girls * started something similar. Estelle Getty died in 2008, Bea Arthur in 2009, and Rue McClanahan died in 2010.
The only reason that stopped is because Betty White is a Highlander.
