One of my picks for the old age list next year just turned 100. His name is Gail Halvorsen, known in Germany as “the Candy Bomber”. During the Berlin airlif in the late 40’s he began dropping candy for German kids. He and his fellow pilots bought it at first, then it started getting funded when it was realized what a good morale booster it was.

Too bad. Play Deep was a good album. All the songs sounded pretty similar to me, but that just meant I liked them all.
