In the photo at the top of this recent Onion article, the guy on the left is, I’m pretty sure, just supposed to be some guy selling cheap souvenirs. The guy in the middle is Dick Cheney. But who’s the guy on the right? I feel like I recognize him, but I can’t place him for the life of me.
