Let the say at the outset that I pity those who feel sexual urges toward children, as I know a significant fraction of such people were sexually abused themselves. Having to go through life with strong impulses to do evil is a pretty shitty burden to heap on top of a traumatic experience.

However, given the magnitude of the evil that indulging their impulses would inflict upon innocent children, my sympathy ends abruptly at those pedophiles who want to play with that fire by broadcasting their fantasies onto a public forum or whining about not being understood or accepted. This pisses me off, because it makes me think you’re being cavalier about the potential you have to do enormous damage: it’s like you’re carrying around a test tube full of weaponized smallpox. Keep it wrapped in ten layers of bubble wrap and shielded with your body, and you’re making the best of a shitty situation. Toss it in the air while you run down the street and you’re an evil asshole. Even if you don’t break it, simply being cavalier about it automatically puts you into the “shitty human being” category.

Cesario is one such shitty human being. He knows he is a pedophile, but rather than steering clear of topics which might trigger these thoughts and feelings, he can be counted on to drop a gross remark in any thread remotely bordering on sex and children.

The first two pages of a search of his posts returned almost nothing but threads about sex, children, sex offenders, or threads which could be tangentially related to those topics:

Yeah, this. I don’t post much over here anymore, but it seems as though every time I’m reading a thread and I see a post by Cesario, I can cringe in preparation for some veiled reference to children and sex. It’s just constant and gross. At best, it’s attention-whoring of the nastiest variety.

I think that is appropriate. Although, if he had one thread where he could talk about it, I wouldn’t really see a problem. Others could choose to view it or not view it, as they pleased.

That’s certainly true but do you really care to know? How can a thread titled “Ask the Pedophile” not be deliberately provocative? If this guy had anything to teach you about the subject he could have done it already in various threads. Instead, it seems to me he dances around winking and poking and waiting for someone to take the bait. For all we know he might very well not be a real pedophile anyway, making any answers you get from him moot.

And related to this is the issue that was brought up in the other thread: what in God’s name is anyone going to get out of this thread anyway? “So, Mr. Pedophile. What do you find attractive in infants? Are tomboys sexier than girly-girls? Do cartoon characters on their clothes get your engine revving, or are you more into lace and crinoline?”

Were he actually struggling with his desires and wishing he didn’t have them, that would be one thing. There could be a discussion about treatment options, chemical castration, and the pain of being found in such an awful situation. Instead we have some disgusting person saying that little kids are capable of consenting to sex and the only thing keeping him in check is the law. And he opposes the law.

Well, that’s all I need to know about him.

I don’t disapprove of discussions and I believe that everything is filled with learning opportunities. But I think the sum total of what we can learn from Cesario is that some people are horribly broken. And we got that before the idea of an ask the pedo thread was ever mentioned. For me, I have in interest in anything a pedophile has to say on any topic.
